We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Floor Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flooring installation and a strong commitment to excellence. As a Floor Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing outstanding service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Floor Installation: Measure, cut, and install various types of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet, according to specifications and industry standards.
Surface Preparation: Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate underlayment to ensure proper adhesion and smooth installation.
Quality Control: Inspect and ensure the quality of installed flooring, making necessary adjustments and repairs to achieve a flawless finish.
Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing professional advice on flooring options and maintenance.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Tool Maintenance: Maintain and care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, including project managers, to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Floor Installer or similar role.
Proficiency in using flooring installation tools and equipment.
Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in flooring installation is a plus.
