With an existing membrane that had failed and de-bonded, McLoughin Flooring was appointed to remove the existing surface and apply a new slip resistant, waterproofing membrane throughout the top level of this car park measuring 4,500m2. Using a ride-on “Terminator” stripper and heavy scabbling / grinding equipment, the old membrane was removed and the concrete substrate was mechanically prepared. Following preparation works and crack repairs, a flexible polyurethane membrane was applied with subsequent floor signage throughout.
