To support our continued expansion and the delivery of large-scale industrial packages of up to 500,000m², we are seeking an experienced and technically accomplished Senior Contracts Manager.

Role Purpose

The successful candidate will take full operational and technical ownership of major, multi-million-euro industrial flooring packages, including a significant project in mainland Europe.

You will act as the key link between Tier 1 main contractors, client engineering teams and our specialist on-site application crews. This role requires extensive experience in fast-track project delivery, complex site logistics, specialist surface preparation and stringent international quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution and Large-Scale Logistics

  • Direct all operational phases of resin flooring packages ranging from 10,000m² to more than 500,000m².
  • Coordinate the complex logistics of bulk chemical supply chains, multi-person application crews and heavy machinery mobilisation, including ride-on shot-blasting and multi-head diamond-grinding equipment.
  • Develop, optimise and manage critical-path project programmes to meet demanding handover deadlines within live project environments.
  • Maintain effective communication between clients, Tier 1 contractors, suppliers, site teams and internal stakeholders.

Technical QA/QC and Engineering Compliance

  • Oversee all pre-application substrate testing, including relative humidity monitoring, Tramex testing, pull-off testing and dew-point calculations.
  • Ensure full compliance with international concrete surface profile benchmarks and manufacturer specifications.
  • Oversee the application of epoxy, polyurethane, polyurea, ESD and other specialist flooring systems.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive QA/QC documentation, handover records and material traceability required by high-tech clients.

Financial and Contractual Control

  • Manage project variations, commercial agreements, cost forecasting and final-account negotiations alongside the internal commercial team.
  • Optimise operational efficiencies, labour performance and material yield to protect project margins.
  • Monitor project costs and commercial performance throughout the delivery lifecycle.

EHS Leadership

  • Champion a zero-harm safety culture across all sites.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Tier 1 main-contractor requirements and relevant environmental, health and safety standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RAMS and chemical-handling and ventilation plans.

Candidate Profile and RequirementsExperience

  • A minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in Senior Project Management or Contracts Management.
  • Experience managing specialist subcontracts such as industrial resin flooring, advanced waterproofing, structural concrete finishing or large-scale technical coatings.
  • A proven track record of delivering individual project packages or footprints exceeding 20,000m².
  • Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and managing complex, fast-track construction environments.

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong engineering knowledge of concrete substrates, curing characteristics, moisture-mitigation systems and mechanical surface preparation.
  • Expertise in multi-layer resin systems, fast-cure materials and high-tolerance industrial flooring.
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications, quality-control procedures and project handover requirements.

Qualifications and Credentials

  • A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is highly desirable, although equivalent trade and industry experience will be considered.
  • A valid Safe Pass is required.
  • Managing Safety in Construction, CIF or NEBOSH certification is highly desirable.
  • FeRFA qualifications or certifications are a distinct advantage.

We are seeking experienced Epoxy Flooring Installers to join our growing team and support the delivery of large-scale projects across Ireland and mainland Europe.

Role Purpose

The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and installing specialist resin flooring systems to exacting quality and safety standards.

This role requires strong technical ability, attention to detail and flexibility to travel for major industrial and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

Surface Preparation

  • Operate industrial grinders, shot blasters and dust-extraction equipment.
  • Prepare concrete substrates to the required concrete surface profile.
  • Inspect floor conditions and identify defects, contamination or moisture risks before installation.
  • Complete repairs, joint preparation and other pre-application work as required.

Resin Flooring Installation

  • Apply primers, self-levelling epoxy systems, polyurethane screeds and anti-slip topcoats.
  • Install systems consistently across large floor areas while maintaining finish, thickness and colour consistency.
  • Complete vertical coving, expansion-joint treatments and clean terminations around drains and transitions.
  • Follow manufacturer specifications and technical data sheets throughout each installation.

Quality Control

  • Monitor substrate and ambient temperatures, humidity and dew point.
  • Accurately measure and mix multi-component resin materials.
  • Maintain correct mixing times, application windows and batch consistency.
  • Report quality concerns or application risks to the Site Supervisor or Contracts Manager.

Safety and Mobilisation

  • Follow all site safety, chemical-handling and PPE requirements.
  • Assist with the safe mobilisation and setup of equipment on domestic and international projects.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and work areas to a high professional standard.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least two years’ experience installing resin flooring on commercial or industrial projects.
  • Experience working in pharmaceutical, data-centre, food-production or comparable high-specification environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane and specialist resin systems.
  • Active Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification, or recognised European equivalents.
  • Ability to read floor plans, joint layouts and technical data sheets.

To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Group Health & Safety Manager to lead and develop our health and safety operations across the business.

Role Purpose

Based primarily at our Naas head office, the Group Health & Safety Manager will oversee the company’s Health & Safety Management System and provide leadership, guidance and support across major industrial and commercial projects.

The successful candidate will also help build and manage the wider safety team, including recruiting, assessing, onboarding and supporting Site Safety Officers for projects across Ireland and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Health and Safety Management

  • Take overall responsibility for ensuring health and safety compliance across all company sites and projects in Ireland and mainland Europe.
  • Oversee, maintain and continuously improve the company’s Health & Safety Management System.
  • Ensure company procedures remain aligned with Irish and relevant European health and safety legislation.
  • Provide practical advice and support to management, project teams and site personnel.

Project Support and Compliance

  • Review and approve Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RAMS and project Safety Files.

  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure identified issues are resolved promptly.

 

Team Development and Recruitment

  • Assess project-specific safety resource requirements.
  • Prepare role requirements and assist with the recruitment of qualified Site Safety Officers.
  • Interview, assess and recommend suitable safety personnel.
  • Manage the onboarding and induction of new safety team members.
  • Mentor and support Site Safety Officers to ensure consistency across all projects.

 

Incident Management

  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near misses.
  • Prepare clear investigation reports and recommend corrective and preventative actions.
  • Monitor trends and use findings to improve systems, procedures and training.

 

Candidate Requirements

  • A recognised degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in a dedicated health and safety role.
  • Experience within construction, civil engineering, industrial flooring or a comparable project-based environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation and HSA requirements.
  • Knowledge of European construction safety regulations is highly desirable.
  • Experience interviewing, assessing or managing safety personnel is an advantage.
  • Professional membership such as IOSH or GradIOSH is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills.
  • Full driving licence and flexibility to travel internationally when required.
